Why Miloss exists when there are tons of other workout apps?

We believe that everyone can live a healthier life when exercising regularly. Miloss is for all of us who snooze exercising task forever and need an extra push to get your s**t together.

Know that you are not alone in your workout-struggles. We all do it exactly at 8:00 AM.
